Repairs & Pricing

Many of the bicycles we sell and repair are pre-loved donations received from good natured people, we make sure to apply liberal amounts of elbow grease to bring them up to Druid standard. We want more people on the road, but we want them to be safe out there  as well. So, while we have a basic pricing list below, we know not everyone has the cash to keep their bike in tip-top condition. We offer really good prices for our bicycle repairs ( probably the cheapest in South East London,  but we don’t want to brag about it) and pride ourselves on getting your bike back to you as quick as we can.

We offer student discounts, however they have to join our facebook group to qualify:  http://www.facebook.com/groups/288436138262/

  1. Hi, I have recently brought a vintage bike. It is single speed and in need of a chain and it has no brakes whatsoever and a total restoration really new seat ect. Was wondering if you offer this service and a rough idea of price? Would be more then happy to bring the bike to your store if you need a closer look. Many Thanks Lewis Morcombe.

    • Hello Lewis, we offer restorations of vintage bicycles and can you sort you out with a pair of brakes, cables on brake leavers. this would cost you around £40. Fitting a new chain costs £20 and probobly we need to check bottom bracket and wheels. I would advise bringing the bike to us, as it is always better to give you an estimate, once we have checked your bike. In most cases vintage bikes last much longer than new productions and its always a good investment to have it done up. thor

      • Hi Thors.
Thanks a lot for your reply!! I will bring the bike into the shop next week.
        Thanks again! Lewis
