Opening hours Druid Street
At present we are open Monday to Friday from 9am until 6.30pm and Saturday from 10am until 5pm. Sundays is closed, but riders in trouble can ring our mobile number and we can assist you at our Druid Street shop also on Sundays or after hours. the call out fee is £10.
During the Spring and Summer months we revue our opening hours again, depending on demand. feel free to contact us on our phone or via e-mail.
We also operate a lock cutting service, in the event you are in trouble and can’t open your lock. However, you need to provide us with an ID and credit card number, before we do any call outs. We also provide spare wheels, seat posts, seats etc. in the event, they have been stolen from your bicycle and we can do repairs on your bikes at your work or home address.
Here the call out fee depends on the distance from our workshop and ranges from £10 to £20. the maximum distance we cover is a radius from 5 miles at present.

HEllo Tamara, you need to confirm with us skype first, but it is difficult, because mobile skype is no yet reliable.
Please call in with your bike, you dont need to book. please come in the morning, we dont keep customers bikes overnight.
